A paper bag has to carry the product comfortably while keeping its shape and presenting the printed design clearly. Our custom paper bags can be produced in different paper stocks with handle structures selected for the finished size and expected load. Reinforcement can be added where extra support is needed, while printing follows your supplied artwork to create a consistent result across the order.
Custom paper bags can be produced for different presentation and carrying needs. The size, paper, handle structure, and printing method can be adjusted according to how the finished bag will be used.
Shopping Paper Bags Designed for everyday product carrying, shopping bags can be produced in different sizes with handles selected according to the expected load. Printed artwork turns the bag into a visible extension of the packaging after purchase. |
Gift Paper Bags Gift bags focus more on presentation and can be coordinated with matching boxes or other packaging in the same project. Ribbon or rope handles can be added when a softer carrying detail is preferred. |
Retail Paper Bags Retail paper bags provide a practical way to carry products while keeping printed branding visible after purchase. The bag size, paper, handle style, and artwork can be customized according to the packaging requirements. |
Promotional Paper Bags Paper bags for events, exhibitions, or promotional campaigns can carry supplied campaign artwork while remaining practical for distributing samples or printed materials. The structure can be kept lightweight when large quantities are required. |
Finishing changes how the printed surface looks and feels after production. Some options protect the paper across the whole bag, while others highlight selected parts of the supplied artwork.
Gloss Lamination A clear glossy film creates a smooth reflective surface and makes printed colors appear brighter. |
Textured Finish A textured paper or surface treatment introduces visible grain and a more tactile character to the finished bag. |
Sand Varnish A fine textured coating creates a slightly grainy surface that adds tactile contrast to selected areas of the bag. |
Foil Stamping Metallic foil can be applied to selected lettering or graphic details to create a reflective finish against the printed background. |
Spot UV A clear gloss coating is applied only to chosen areas of the artwork, creating visible contrast with the surrounding surface. |
Sand UV Metallic foil highlights important design details such as a logo or product name and can be produced in different foil colors. |
Embossing Selected artwork is raised above the paper surface to create visible depth that can also be felt by touch. |
Debossing The design is pressed into the paper to form a recessed impression with a clean tactile effect. |
The paper selected for a bag affects its print result, surface feel, and overall stiffness. Different stocks can be chosen according to the required appearance and carrying structure.
C2S Art Paper Coated on both sides, C2S paper has a smooth surface that supports detailed graphics and strong color reproduction. It works well for bags where the printed appearance is an important part of the presentation. |
C1S Paper The coated outer surface provides a clean printing base, while the reverse side remains uncoated. This construction gives the exterior a smooth finish without requiring the same surface treatment on both sides. |
Brown Kraft Paper The natural brown tone keeps the characteristic fiber appearance of kraft paper visible. It works especially well with simple graphics, dark ink, or white printing. |
White Kraft Paper A brighter kraft surface provides a cleaner background for printed artwork while retaining the more natural feel of kraft paper. |
Textured Paper A visible grain or patterned surface gives the bag additional tactile character. The paper itself becomes part of the finished presentation without relying entirely on printed decoration. |
Colored & Specialty Paper Produces changing reflections from different viewing angles, giving selected packaging a more noticeable visual effect. |
The handle affects how the finished bag feels during carrying and should suit the bag size, paper structure, and overall appearance. Different materials and attachment methods can be selected according to the final packaging requirements.
Paper Rope Handles
Twisted paper creates a rounded handle with a clean and simple appearance. It pairs naturally with kraft paper bags and keeps the overall construction visually consistent.
Flat Paper Handles
Folded paper forms a broad, compact handle that sits close to the top of the bag. This structure keeps the carrying detail simple without introducing another material.
Cotton Rope Handles
Soft cotton cord provides a comfortable grip and can be secured through reinforced holes at the top of the bag. The color can be selected to coordinate with the printed design.
Ribbon Handles
Flat ribbon creates a softer and more decorative carrying detail. Different widths can be used to match the proportions of the finished paper bag.
Die-Cut Handles
The carrying opening is cut directly into the upper section of the bag, eliminating the need for a separate handle. Additional reinforcement can be added around the cutout when the structure requires it.

Paper bag dimensions are normally written as width × side gusset × height. Measure the space needed for the packed product first, then allow enough room for comfortable loading and removal.
For smaller kraft bags, 120–150gsm is a practical starting point. Standard bags commonly use 150–180gsm kraft paper or 157–200gsm coated paper. For larger bags or projects that need a firmer structure, 200–250gsm is generally more suitable. C1S paper is commonly available in 210gsm or 250gsm.
The cost depends on the finished size and paper specification. Handle construction and order quantity also affect the unit price, so we quote according to the actual project requirements.
Our standard MOQ is 500 pieces. A trial order from 300 pieces may be considered after the specifications are confirmed.
