Hardcover Book Printing
Gold foil lettering runs across both the front cover and spine in the red, black, white and blue samples. Rigid boards hold the compact A5 form, while ruled pages and two ribbon markers complete the interior. New editions follow supplied cover artwork and page files for bulk production.
Thin script, small uppercase lettering and narrow rules appear together in the sample artwork. Each element needs sufficient line width and spacing for clean foil release without broken strokes or filled letter spaces.
Front-cover and spine artwork are positioned separately. The spine die is finalized after the paper and page count have been confirmed, keeping the lettering centered on the finished book thickness.
A 1200 gsm greyboard case gives the notebook its firm shape and provides a stable base for the cover finishing. The sample uses textured PU wrapped around the boards.
Surface texture affects how evenly the foil contacts the cover, so the production sample should use the selected cover material. The red, black, white and blue versions also show how the same gold foil appears against different background colors.
Inside, 100 gsm offset paper carries a ruled layout with a small date header. The pages are bound into the rigid case, while two ribbon markers allow separate pages or sections to be marked.
Page count, ruling, printed content and ribbon colors follow the approved files and confirmed specifications for each edition.
