Hardcover Book Printing
Pink-and-grey or teal-and-black marble artwork extends from front to back, while matching elastic bands and ribbon markers complete each colorway. Gold foil adds contrast to the pale cover, and the rounded hardcover opens to blank off-white pages that can remain unprinted or follow a supplied interior file.
The printed wrap carries the pattern across the front, spine and back instead of limiting it to one panel. Its final position is set after the page count and paper have confirmed the finished spine width.
Back-cover elements such as a barcode, product code or retail information can be included in the supplied cover file without interrupting the main pattern.
Gold foil highlights the decorative motifs and fine geometric lines on the pale marble sample. The foil elements are separated from the CMYK cover artwork and supplied on their own vector layer.
Thin strokes and small gaps need to be checked at final size so they remain clear after stamping. The foil die is positioned against the printed cover during sampling before bulk production begins.
A 157 gsm printed art-paper wrap covers the 1200 gsm greyboard case. Rounded corners continue through the cover and page block, giving the notebook a consistent finished profile.
The elastic closure and single ribbon bookmark follow the main cover color. Elastic length and tension are confirmed after the final book thickness has been established.
Off-white 100 gsm offset paper is left blank in the sample. Custom ruling, headers or other printed content can replace the blank interior when supplied in the approved page file.
Page count remains flexible but must be finalized before the cover template and elastic length are approved.
