Hardcover Book Printing
Stitched directly onto the red hardcover, the front pocket and elastic loop provide fitted spaces for a phone and pen. A metal-fitted strap closes the notebook at the outer edge, while the ruled book block is bound into the rigid case. Pocket dimensions, page layout and branding follow the confirmed specifications and supplied artwork for each bulk order.
The angled front pocket provides a defined place for a phone, while the elastic loop beside it holds a pen. Both components are fixed to the hardcover rather than supplied as separate accessories.
Pocket dimensions can be matched to the intended phone size, including its protective case. The pen loop width is confirmed from the pen diameter before the production sample is made.
The sample uses 1200 gsm greyboard wrapped with textured red PU. The rigid boards support the stitched pocket and closure components while helping the notebook retain its shape when carried.
The ruled book block is bound directly into the case. Cover boards extend beyond the page edges, providing protection for the inner pages and a firm surface for writing.
A strap closes across the outer edge of the hardcover and is secured with a metal fitting. Its length and position are adjusted according to the final cover size and book-block thickness.
New editions can use different cover colors, logo placements and supplied interior files. Foil stamping, embossing or debossing can be applied to the cover according to the approved artwork.
