Spiral Bound Book Printing
The sample is a 7.3 × 10 inch hardcover Wire-O notebook designed with multiple organization features. It combines a textured water-resistant PU cover, gold-colored metal binding, 300 pages of 100 gsm ruled paper, five removable PVC dividers, an inner storage pocket, a pen loop and an elastic closure.
Green, pink and lavender versions are shown, together with coordinated divider tabs and accessories. Notebook size, PU color, page layout, divider arrangement, cover branding and multiple colors can be customized from buyer-supplied files for branded stationery and bulk production.
The textured PU surface helps the cover resist light splashes and marks during handling. Water resistance applies to the outer PU surface rather than the paper pages or complete notebook.
Gold-colored metal protectors reinforce the outer cover corners and coordinate with the binding. PU texture, cover color, corner protector color and elastic band can be adjusted according to the approved specification.
A gold-colored “NOTES” title is shown on the sample cover. New foil-stamped logos or titles are produced from buyer-supplied vector artwork.
The notebook includes five colored PVC dividers for separating subjects, projects or content sections. Their slotted binding edges allow them to be removed and repositioned without opening the metal binding.
Projecting tabs make each section visible when the notebook is closed or open. Divider colors, tab positions and printed labels can be changed to match the supplied page structure.
The sample also includes eight self-adhesive index labels stored inside the notebook for marking additional pages or categories.
An inner storage pocket provides space for index labels, cards, notes and other small flat inserts. Pocket dimensions and material can be adjusted according to the finished notebook size.
A sewn pen loop is positioned along the fore edge so a pen can be stored beside the closed notebook. The vertical elastic band keeps the cover and page block together during storage and transport.
Pen-loop width and elastic tension are confirmed after the notebook thickness and intended pen diameter have been established.
The sample uses gold-colored twin-loop metal Wire-O. It allows the notebook to open flat to 180 degrees or fold back for writing in a smaller working area.
Wire diameter, punched-hole spacing and cover clearance are matched to the thick 300-page book block. Binding color can coordinate with the foil-stamped cover title and metal corner protectors.
The wire and punched pages are checked during sampling to ensure that the thick page block turns without catching the removable dividers.
The sample uses 100 gsm offset paper with approximately 7 mm line spacing. The visible page layout includes writing lines and small fields for information such as the date, week, weather and memo number.
Line spacing, headers, logos, subject fields and other page content can be changed in the buyer-supplied interior PDF. Ruled, grid, dotted, planner or other custom layouts can be produced according to the approved file.

A physical sample confirms the PU color and texture, foil-stamped artwork, Wire-O capacity, page turning and divider movement. It also allows the pocket opening, pen-loop width, elastic tension and corner protectors to be checked together.
For notebooks with a large page count, the finished sample is particularly important because paper thickness affects the required wire diameter, cover clearance and ability to fold the notebook back smoothly.
This format can be produced for stationery brands, educational suppliers, corporate programs, promotional merchandise companies and distributors. Cover colors, divider systems and interior layouts can be coordinated across a series of notebooks for different subjects or product collections.
