Velvet Cover Book Printing
A raised fruit-shaped zipper pocket gives this velvet notebook both a tactile cover feature and a small storage area. The current samples combine purple, pink, blue and pale-pink velvet with grape, strawberry, pineapple and kiwi motifs.
Embroidered details, stitched appliqué, 120 gsm offset paper and a ribbon marker complete the design. New editions can adapt the cover color, pocket shape, stitching and interior pages from buyer-supplied artwork for branded stationery collections and bulk orders.
The current collection includes four coordinated combinations:
Purple velvet with a grape-shaped pocket
Hot pink velvet with a strawberry-shaped pocket
Light blue velvet with a pineapple-shaped pocket
Pale pink velvet with a kiwi-shaped pocket
Contrasting fabrics and stitched outlines separate the leaves, fruit sections and decorative details from the velvet background. The same construction can be developed in another approved color combination or motif, subject to material and sampling confirmation.
The fruit motif is formed as a raised fabric pocket rather than printed directly onto the cover. A zipper follows part of the fruit outline, allowing the pocket to hold small flat items.
Pocket dimensions, zipper position and fabric thickness should be confirmed together. During sampling, the zipper opening, stitching strength and finished pocket shape are checked before bulk production.
Embroidery and layered fabric pieces define the fruit leaves, seeds, outlines and surface details. These techniques create a dimensional appearance that complements the texture of the velvet.
Customer artwork may need to be simplified before embroidery or appliqué production. Very small lettering, narrow gaps and fine lines should be adjusted so the stitched result remains clear.

A physical sample is recommended because velvet color and pile can appear different under changing light. Sampling also allows the pocket thickness, zipper movement, embroidery, appliqué alignment, cover support, ribbon position and inner paper to be checked together.
The raised pocket adds thickness to the front cover, so individual packaging and carton protection should be confirmed before bulk packing.

For licensed characters or branded graphics, provide authorized artwork with the embroidery and appliqué areas clearly identified.
