Comic Book Printing for Bulk Publishing Projects
Print single comic issues, manga, graphic novels, collected volumes and hardcover editions from your approved artwork. Size, paper, binding, page sequence, cover versions and finishing are confirmed for each bulk order.
Thin, flexible publications commonly produced with saddle stitch binding.
Longer publications with perfect binding and a printable flat spine.
Casebound editions for collected stories, special releases and boxed sets.
Binding should follow the page count, paper thickness and intended publication format. The final structure is confirmed before the cover and spine artwork are completed.
Staples pass through the folded spine, giving thinner comics a flexible opening. It is suitable for individual issues and short publications. Interior page counts normally follow multiples of four.
A glued book block creates a clean, printable spine for manga, graphic novels and collected issues. Paper and page count must provide enough thickness for stable binding.
A rigid case provides a more substantial structure for collector editions and complete series. Printed wraps, special cover materials, endpapers and fitted slipcases can be added.
Paper changes color intensity, line definition, page opacity and reading comfort. The selected stock should match the artwork style rather than being chosen only by weight.
Gloss-coated paper gives colors stronger contrast and a reflective surface. Matte-coated paper reduces glare while retaining clean line and image detail. Common weights include 105, 128 and 157 gsm.
White or ivory uncoated paper creates a softer, less reflective reading surface. Common choices include 80, 100 and 120 gsm, depending on opacity and finished thickness.
Softcovers commonly use 250, 300 or 350 gsm coated stock with matte or gloss lamination. The cover weight should remain compatible with the selected binding.

Keep dialogue and important artwork clear of the trim edge.
Allow for the center gutter in two-page illustrations.
Arrange right-to-left manga in its final reading order.

Metallic foil can highlight titles, borders or selected cover artwork.
Raised or recessed elements add a tactile effect to suitable cover materials.
Reflective finishing can be used for selected titles and illustrated elements.
Different covers can share one interior file when each version and quantity are confirmed.
As a custom comic book manufacturer, we produce according to buyer-supplied artwork, dimensions, paper, binding and finishing requirements. Files can be checked for resolution, bleed, page order, margins, spine width and finishing layers before proofing.
A physical sample allows color density, fine lines, paper surface, page sequence, cover position and binding to be checked before bulk production. Sample production normally takes 3–7 working days, with bulk production generally completed in 10–15 working days after approval.
The standard MOQ is normally 500 copies. A trial order from 300 copies may be considered according to the size, page count, paper and binding.
