The sample is a square rigid jewelry box with a separate lift-off lid and base. Its listed construction combines 157 gsm coated paper with 1200 gsm greyboard, while the photographed sample shows a fine-textured taupe exterior and a black paper-lined interior.
No fitted jewelry insert is shown in the current sample. New production can add an insert according to the actual ring, earrings, pendant, bracelet or accessory being packed. Box dimensions, lid depth, exterior and interior colors, printed branding, insert structure and multiple colors can be customized from buyer-supplied files.
The removable lid overlaps the upper section of the base and lifts away completely to reveal the entire interior. This straightforward two-piece construction keeps the box opening unobstructed and allows the packed product to be viewed from above.
The 1200 gsm greyboard gives the lid and base firm walls that retain their square shape after opening. Lid clearance must be controlled carefully because board thickness, wrapping paper and corner construction all affect how smoothly the lid opens.
A physical sample confirms that the lid is secure enough for handling without becoming too tight for normal product packing and removal.
The sample uses a neutral taupe-brown surface with a fine fabric-like texture. Its understated appearance allows the box structure and material finish to remain visible without relying on large printed graphics.
New editions can use printed coated paper, textured paper or selected specialty paper according to the required packaging direction. Exterior and interior colors can be coordinated with the jewelry collection, retail display or other packaging components.
Multiple colors can be customized. If several color versions are required within one order, the quantity and material specification for each version should be confirmed separately.
The photographed box has an open black paper-lined compartment without a fitted holder. This provides a flexible starting structure, but jewelry intended for retail presentation normally requires an insert matched to the actual product.
Available insert directions can include cut foam, EVA, folded paperboard or a fabric-covered support. The cavity dimensions, product position and removal space are developed according to the supplied product measurements or physical sample.
Rings, earrings, pendants and bracelets require different holding points, so the insert should be confirmed only after the product size and display orientation are finalized.
Logos, product names and other graphics are produced from buyer-supplied print-ready files. CMYK printing can be used for multicolor exterior artwork, while foil stamping, embossing, debossing or Spot UV can highlight selected branding areas.
Matte or gloss lamination can be applied when compatible with the selected printed wrap. For textured or specialty papers, the finishing method should be tested first so that the surface character is not unnecessarily covered or reduced.
Logo size, position and finishing areas are confirmed on the artwork proof before the physical sample is produced.

A physical sample confirms the relationship between the separate lid and base, including lid clearance, overlap depth and opening resistance. It also allows the greyboard corners, wrapped edges, paper texture, color and interior finish to be reviewed at the actual finished size.
When an insert is required, sampling checks whether the jewelry remains in its intended position and can be removed without pulling or damaging the surrounding material. Providing an actual product sample is recommended for closely fitted cavities.
Any changes to the lid fit, insert opening, logo position or surface finish should be completed before bulk production.
This structure can be produced for jewelry brands, fashion-accessory companies, retailers, packaging distributors, private-label collections and corporate merchandise programs.
Different box sizes, exterior colors and inserts can be coordinated across one packaging range for rings, earrings, pendants, bracelets or small accessory sets.
