Sprayed Edges Book Printing
Created for collector fiction and coordinated book series, this dark blue hardcover novel pairs an ornate gold-foil case with blue gradient sprayed edges and decorative printed page borders. The edge artwork remains visible when the book is closed, while the endpapers and interior details continue the same visual direction inside.
We produce this format in bulk from customer-supplied artwork. The finished size, page count, paper, binding and decorative finishes are adjusted to the confirmed project specifications.
Gold foil highlights the title, ornamental frame and illustrations across the front cover and spine. The metallic finish creates strong contrast against the textured navy covering and gives the closed book a clear collector-edition appearance.
The sprayed edge shifts from deep blue to lighter blue and includes fine floral line artwork. Colors and patterns can be changed according to the supplied design, allowing different volumes in the same series to use coordinated edge treatments.

Blue borders and floral elements can be printed on selected pages or repeated throughout the interior. The main text can remain black while the decorative areas use CMYK printing.
Full-color endpapers connect the dark blue case with the interior page design. They can use the same artwork as the book edge or a separate pattern supplied for the project.
Rigid greyboard protects the book block and maintains the shape of a thicker novel. Thread-sewn case binding is available when stronger page attachment and more stable opening are required.
