Created for fragrance packaging that needs both visual impact and dependable structure, each box can be produced in a folding or rigid format based on the supplied artwork. The exterior finish supports the intended brand style, while the internal construction keeps the presentation neat and well organized. Careful production helps the finished packaging maintain clean edges and a consistent appearance throughout the order.
Different structures create different opening effects and levels of support. The final format can be selected according to the required presentation and packing method.
A hinged rigid cover closes against concealed magnets, keeping the exterior clean without visible fastening parts. The wide cover panel also provides enough space for supplied artwork. |
A separate lid fits over a firm base and lifts away completely during opening. The depth of the lid can be adjusted to control how much of the lower section remains visible. |
Drawer-Style Perfume Box An inner tray slides out from a surrounding sleeve to reveal the contents gradually. A ribbon pull or finger notch can be added to make the tray easier to open. |
Double-Door Presentation Box Two front panels open outward from the centre and meet neatly when closed. Hidden magnets help keep both sides aligned and create a balanced opening structure. |
Cylindrical Perfume Box A round rigid body creates a distinctive alternative to standard rectangular packaging. The lid may lift off completely or fit over the upper part of the base. |
Folding Carton Perfume Box A die-cut paperboard structure can be supplied flat before product packing, reducing storage and transportation volume. An internal paperboard support may be added when the contents need better positioning. |
A suitable finish protects the printed surface and helps selected parts of the supplied design stand out.
Gloss Lamination A reflective film makes printed colors appear brighter while adding protection against light surface wear and handling. |
Matte Lamination The low-glare surface creates a smooth and understated appearance that keeps printed details clear under different lighting conditions. |
Soft Touch Lamination This finish gives the wrapping paper a soft tactile feel, making the box more pleasant to handle without adding visible shine. |
Varnish A clear coating adds light surface protection while preserving the natural appearance of the printed paper. Gloss or matte effects can be selected. |
Spot UV Gloss coating is applied only to chosen parts of the artwork, creating visible contrast against the surrounding surface. |
Foil Stamping Metallic foil highlights important design details such as a logo or product name and can be produced in different foil colors. |
Embossing Selected artwork is raised above the surface to create depth that can be seen and felt without changing the main printed design. |
Debossing The chosen design is pressed into the surface, producing a recessed detail with a subtle and controlled tactile effect. |
The board thickness can be selected according to the finished box size and the level of structural support required.

A lighter board structure suitable for compact boxes that do not need to hold heavy products.
Provides a balanced level of firmness and works well for many standard rigid box structures.
Creates a stronger box wall for larger packaging or products that require additional structural support.
The suitable thickness should be confirmed according to the finished box dimensions and the weight of the packed product.
Printed and specialty papers can be wrapped over the board to create the required surface effect based on your supplied artwork.
Printed Art Paper Provides a smooth surface for detailed artwork and consistent color printing. Lamination can be added to protect the finished exterior. |
Kraft Paper Creates a natural paper appearance that works well with simple graphics and understated packaging styles. |
Textured Paper Adds a visible grain or fabric-like surface that gives the box a more tactile character. |
Colored Specialty Paper Uses paper with color already built into the material, creating a consistent background across the wrapped surface. |
Metallic Paper Introduces a reflective metallic effect across the box without applying foil to the entire surface. |
Holographic Paper Produces changing reflections from different viewing angles, giving selected packaging a more noticeable visual effect. |
Small structural details can improve how the box opens, carries and presents the product. Each option can be adapted to the selected packaging structure and supplied artwork.
Custom Interior Support
A fitted insert keeps the contents in a fixed position and creates a cleaner presentation when the box is opened. The material and cavity structure can be selected according to the required support and surface contact.
Ribbon Details
A ribbon pull can make a closely fitted product easier to remove from the box. Ribbon may also be used as a closure or as a coordinated detail within the opening structure.
Carry Handles
A handle makes larger perfume gift boxes easier to carry after packing. Rope or ribbon handles can be added to the exterior, while an integrated die-cut handle may be developed as part of the box structure.

The suitable structure depends on the required opening effect and the level of support needed inside the box. Folding cartons offer a lighter format, while rigid structures create a firmer presentation. We can suggest a practical option after reviewing your requirements.
Please provide the finished box dimensions and required quantity. We also need the preferred structure and information about any insert. Supplied artwork or reference images can help us understand the intended result.
Measure the internal length, width and height required for the packed product. Space for the insert should be considered separately so the finished interior is not too tight.
Our standard MOQ is 500 pieces. A trial order from 300 pieces may be considered after the structure and specifications are confirmed.
Yes. A physical sample allows you to check the box structure and finished appearance before approving mass production. It can also be used to confirm the internal fit.
Yes. A production dieline can be provided after the dimensions and box structure are confirmed. You can then place the artwork according to the actual printing and finishing areas.
We mainly manufacture according to buyer-supplied artwork. Our team can review the files and suggest adjustments required for production, but original packaging design is not included.
Custom sample production usually takes about 3–7 working days. Bulk production normally takes around 10–15 working days after the artwork and sample are approved.
