Rigid Box
Designed for products that require stronger protection and a premium presentation, rigid boxes use thick greyboard to create a durable structure that maintains its shape during handling and display. Printed or specialty paper is wrapped around the board to produce a smooth exterior with clean, refined edges. The interior can be customized to fit the product, keeping the contents secure and professionally presented.
A suitable finish protects the printed surface and helps the packaging reflect the intended product style. Different effects can be applied to selected areas or across the entire box according to the supplied artwork.
Gloss Lamination A reflective film makes printed colors appear brighter while adding protection against light surface wear and handling. |

Measure the required internal length, width and height rather than the outside of the box. Allow enough space for the product and any insert that will be placed inside.
Our standard MOQ is 500 pieces. A trial order from 300 pieces may be considered after the box structure and production details are confirmed.
Yes. A physical sample can be prepared so you can check the box structure and overall workmanship. It can also be used to test how the product fits inside.
We mainly manufacture according to supplied artwork. Our team can review your files and suggest adjustments needed for production, but original packaging design is not included.
Editable AI files or print-ready PDF files are preferred. Areas for special processes should be placed on separate and clearly named layers.
Yes. We can provide a dieline after the final dimensions and box structure are confirmed. You can then place your artwork accurately according to the production layout.
A physical product sample is recommended when the insert requires a close or shaped fit. For simpler structures, clear dimensions and reference images may be enough for initial development.
Traditional rigid boxes are usually shipped in an assembled form. A collapsible structure can be selected when reducing packing volume and shipping costs is important.
Custom sample production normally takes about 3–7 working days. Bulk production usually takes around 10–15 working days after the artwork and sample are approved.
